Question

Can someone help with this :1. Do all trains whether from Shanghai Railway or Shanghai South Railway arrives at the One and Only Hangzhou Railway station? Or is there more than one railway station in Hangzhou?2. Is Wushan Night Market close /or the same as Hubin Pedestrian Street. Is either one of this close to where Impressions is being shown? 3. Or Would someone has any night market to recommend? If so, what will be its operating hours on Monday evenings of  Nov 1, 2010?4. If there is a need to hire a driver for ONE DAY, including pick up from Railway station,any idea how much this will cost? Or would a getting a taxi driver, serves the same purpose? This is because I am travelling with an elderly parent and may not be suitable taking the tourist buses which I have read about in the forum. Take note I cannot read Chinese and speaks limited but sufficient to get by!! Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The bullet trains may go to Hangzhou South Railway Station in Xiaoshan, which is closer to the airport. Yes, Wushan night marcket is close to Hubin Street, on the bank of West Lake, but not the same place. Qing He Fang is also a similar place which can be seen at daytime too. That will be better if you hire a car. As to the cost, corrding to car types, 200-700RMB per day.

Mr Jerry .. thank you so much for the prompt reply re the different Hangzhou railway station. With limited time, which one would u recommend -  between Wushan Nite Market & Qing He Fang?  Any idea what time does Wushan Nite market opens & close. This info will be helpful for planning. Thanking you in advance.

Wushan market open at nearly 6:30pm and closed before 11:00pm. I recommend Wushan, this is a traditional night market of Hangzhou and Qing He Fang is comparely new.
