are the ladies in honkong like to wear dress while walking , going around the streets with hills? is jeans a favorable for women there?

Yes, some of them would wear dress on the street, some would wear clothes according to the fashion, and high heels, do you mean that? They love to go to the street with their high heels. And jeans would be fine for cool weathers.
