i received a wrong shipment from a chinese company which i meet in the last canton fair

Question

i received a wrong shipment from a chinese company which i meet in the last canton fair in april, i only received the goods last week to dectect it is a delibrate floop.i can forward all information and comunication since we met in guangzhou till date, mr zhu xian mu of anhui anzhi lighting & electrical co ltd , i met them in booth no 12.1k38 last year, and they are currently on booth no 13.1k15 for this oct fair.please i need advice from the Embassy as the supossed 6000/8000hrs life spam bulbs he supplied me cannot last for 15minutes.i can bring one carton to the Embassy for confirmation.Daniel MbazurikeJDDBC LTD ACCRA GHANA.0277431310/ 0265426747.
