Dear Sir,
I want some information regarding tourist visa,as you have mentioned above that those holding american passport pakistani can apply for multiple visa of 5 years,Do canadian passport pakistani can also apply tourist visa for a period of 5 years also ?

No, Amin, no one can apply for a 5 year tourist visa to China. Where did you find such information? it is impossible.
