About:Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass

hi, if i bought the Airport Express Travel pass online, can i collect it at the airport customer service centre itself so i can staright away use on the express train to go to town( HOng kong station)?

Why not just buy the card in Hong Kong airport directly and use it at once.

hi jason, that's because its cheaper to buy online but i cant figure out where the collection place is...anyone can help to advise?

Octopus counters in Hong Kong airport can be found at the exit after you get back your lugguage and get out.
