About:Hong Kong Octopus Card

I've return to my county, but i forgot to refund my Octopus Card. Can i ask my friend to refund for me? at any counter?

Your firend can help you refund the card. Just refund at nearby MTR station.

Can i get the refund on "deposit only" or "deposit + balance" in the card?
