About:Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass

Hello. Could anybody kindly explain further the statements below? it seemed not clear to me.

1.)The Airport Express Travel Pass is an Octopus Card with either one or two Airport Express single journey(s) plus 3 consecutive days of unlimited travel on MTR (except Airport Express, East Rail Line First Class, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau stations).

- WHY THERE IS "EXCEPT AIRPORT EXPRESS", I THOUGHT I COULD USE THIS WHEN I RIDE THE AIRPORT EXPRESS BACK TO THE AIRPORT?

2.)The price is HK$220 and HK$300 respectively (with HK$50 refundable deposit).

- IT IS NOT CLEAR TO ME PLEASE. WHICH CARDS COSTS HK$220 AND WHICH ONE IS HK$300?

This card is restricted to tourists who are non-Hong Kong residents and have stayed in Hong Kong for less than 14 days.

- DOES IT MEAN, WE CANNOT USE THIS CARD BECAUSE WE ARE FROM THE PHILIPPINES AND WILL BE IN HONGKONG FOR 3 DAYS ONLY?

1. Since the airport express travel pass including once or twice airport express ride, you can not take it as "unlimited". If you buy one, you surely can use it when getting back to the airport.
2. Airport Express Travel Pass with one Airport Express Ride costs HK$220, Airport Express Travel Pass with two Airport Express Rides costs HK$300.
3. here the sentence means Airport Express Travel Pass "can only be used by" people who are not Hong Kong residents(which mean you can use it if you are from other countries), and have stayed in Hong Kong for less than 14 days (which means that you can use it when your staying in Hong Kong will be no more than 14 days)
