I want to ask again,when it will be opened?Is it true that Filipinos can't get Visa in to China in the Philippines?

Well, since it would be the national holiday, the Embassy might not be open. But you can contact them to make sure the information. And also, no body can be sure weather Filipinos can get China Visa at China Embassy in Philipines.
