i'm planning to go to hangzhou, oct 10. Which hotel that you could recommended max 150-200 cny. then i want togo to taizhou. how do i get to taizhou ?

Flower Inn (West Lake) Hangzhou may be a good choice. It is located beside the West Lake. You can go to Hangzhou North Bus Station to take bus to Taizhou or you can take train from Hangzhou Railwat Station to Taizhou.
