1) you can get the Visa Application Form for 2 years multiple-entry from the China consulate in Los Angeles for free 2) it is possible for you to apply for same-day collection service by paying extra fee, but the final decision is up to the visa officer. 3) China consulate in Los Angeles doesn't work on Friday.
