About:China Visa Fees

Where and how can I get a new visa to China if I overstayed in China last time?

what does a star visa means with a request to leave china in 10 days?can i get a visa anywhere else but china and come back without a problem in china immigration?

That means you have to leave China within 10 days after your visa expires. You can apply for a new visa in your home country or in Hong Kong. Chinese embassy in many other countries may not accept applications from temporary visitors. it will be no problem if you get a visa.

If ever i got a visa from my country or any other country for atleast 15 days or 1 month,can i extend it here in china before it expires?thanks ms.Mia

It is hard for you to extend visa in China if you have the record of overstay, if you have never overstay in China, it is possible for you to extend your visa twice at the local exit and enter department

i surrendered my pasport to guangzhou psb because i overstayed my visa for 2 days and i paid the penalty of 1000rmb and all they gave me was 10days visa star to exit china what does that mean?do i still have to cahnge my passport?what should i do i have to go back in china because i have a bussiness left there..

for all those who have got star visa (required to leave china within 10 days) in their passports.
you people can reenter china without no problem.the china embessy in your country may reject your visa application.dont worry come to Hongkong and find a good agent and get a 1 year F visa .
Hongkong travel agents can do this.they cost around 6500 HKD.

are you sure about the agents able to do this, have you done it yourself?

yes I have done it .I went to H.k and find a lot of agents in Chun king and Mirador mansions,at last Gopal travels in Mirador mansion 2 nd floor help me to get 1 year visa .Pls try with them and let us know the result.

i am also wondering the same thing, if you got a (*) visa with 10 days to leave.. can you go back, or do you have to wait a certain amount of time? is it the same as being deported?

It is not as same as being deported. You can still come back to Mainland China even though you get a 10 days visa with star (*). It is hard to say the waiting period. You can try to apply for China visa when you return to your home country. One of my friends had overstayed in China and get a 10 days star visa, when he returned to Manila, he applied for China visa again, he was denied for the first time, then two weeks later, he tried again and got a China visa.
