Hi, We plan to visit Harbin's snow & ice structures, kindly advise whether we can still view them in February. There will be at least 6 of us, all above 50 years old so we are looking for days that are not too cold. Please advise best time to visit and the price. Thank you.

Yes, you can still visit the ice and snow sculptures in Feb, of course, it's cold then. If not cold, the ice and snow will melt. The mid Feb should be the best time to visit Harbin, as it will be decorated beautiful because Chinese new year festival.
