About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am unsure if this information is correct, I have read both the Chinese and Korean version of the China Embassy website and saw no mention of this residence rule. The only thing they said was you need to pay by bank transfer or credit card. Unless someone can provide link, the info here is incorrect. The Embassy didn't say any residence is required when called.

The information is correct, when I apply for China visa, the travel agency designated by China embassy in Seoul tell me that I should have an Alien Registration card valid for at least 6 months, then I can't get a visa from embassy in Seoul. Maybe the website is not updated.
