About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Hi,

I have been a student in china and am on an x visa. I want to change to the longest single stay F visa I can. I hear that you cannot get one from Korea and that HK is only giving 30 day F visas right now. What length F visa can I get in Japan. I am starting the process to open an WFOE here and so don't want to have to leave until I am ready to apply for my Z visa later next year.

I think that you can get F visa with at most 60 days stay duration in Japan, generally the F visa permits holders to stay in China for at most 180 days, you can have a try to apply for single-entry F visa with 180 days stay duration, but it is hard to get it

Hi
i am a visa agent in beijing. 2 options are followed:

1.If you want to apply for a F visa , you should have a business invitation letter.
Or you can still hold your student X visa,
If you have the employer in beijing, you can change your F/X visa to the Z visa directly without leaving China mainland.

2.If you go to Japan, You can apply for the Z visa in Japan directly.

For more information, we can keep in touch!

Best regards
monica
