Hi, I am a nepalese citizen studing in china,i am going back to nepal for vacation and my return ticket is from ktm to lasha and next day lhasa to chengdu,which i need to stay lhasa for one night.Do I need tibet travel permit to stay in lhasa if yes then how to get that permit.
