About:China Tourist Visa

I am an American citizen with an Alien Residence Card for Taiwan (R.O.C.). Do I need a vistors tourist visa to enter Xiamen (China) for one day from Kinmen Island (Taiwan)?

Yes, you need to apply for a tourist visa to enter Xiamen, but you can't apply for a visa on arrival in Xiamen.
