I arrive shenzhen airport at 1940 this evening from shanghai
what woudl be the best way to get to kowloon,hongkong.?

The best way is to take Airport Shuttle Bus to Shenzhen Railway station which is near Luo Hu bOarder, pass the customs, and take MTR to downtown Hong Kng.
