I am traveling with a group through China, Vietnam and Thailand. The group is not including Tibet in lieu of a trip to Shanghai but I would to still visit Lhasa on my own. The shortest tours I have found thus far is a 4 day which includes much more than Lhasa. Does anyone know of anything shorter?

All the tours allow you the first day to arrive and acclimatise to the altitude, 2 days to see a fraction of the beautiful country, really just the sights around Lhasa, then last day to leave. You're doing yourself an injustice in not taking a few days longer - not shorter!!
