Currently my mom is in Canada on Visitting visa expire on Sept 30, 2010.we applied to extend visa.It will take atleat 80 days to get the reply. My mom would like to go back India on October 25,2010, that time we may not get reply from canada immigration.

She hold a valid Indian passport .
