About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am an English Teacher living in Seoul, South Korea with an ARC that will expire in 3 months. After reading previous questions and answers, I have decided the best course of action for me would be to apply for a tourist visa through the Busan Consulate which has not applied the new rule yet. Since I currently live in Seoul, I may decide to entrust a travel agency located within 100 meters of the Chinese Consulate in Myeong dong to handle my visa application to send it to Busan for processing. However, I am not entirely sure whether or not the travel agency I am using in Seoul is authorized by the Chinese Embassy seeing as how I cannot match the korean characters of the name of the travel agency I have been talking to with any of the travel agencies on the official list authorized by the Chinese Embassy. Worst case scenario, even if the travel agency I am using is not officially authorized by the China Embassy in Seoul, can my tourist visa still legitimately be processed in Busan?

Hi,sir, if you want to apply visa through Busan Consulate, you can contact any1 from the travel agencies that authorized by Busan consulate directly. The English name list you can find in Busan consulate page by refering to the link in the table. To apply through an agency in Seoul may be ok, but no doubt it will cost more.
