i'll get a fight from bangkok to shanghai which will transit at shantou airporti

I'll get a fight from Bangkok to Shanghai which will transit at Shantou airport and I will reach Hongqiao airport around 9.25 p.m. I'm wondering if I'm going to take a subway to Minsheng Road Station by using line 2 and 6, will I be able to make it? Because it's quite late and I'm not sure how to get a luggage and other things are going to take. Which the last train should I take from the airport?Thanks,

The best way is to take Airport Shuttle Bus 3 and alight at Longyang Road Subway Station, after alighting, take taxi to Minsheng Road.
