About:Beijing Travel

I am a US citizen currently living in Spain. Can I apply for a tourist visa at the Chinese embassy in Madrid without returning to the USA?

In theory, you could apply for a China Visa in a third country. However, this policy is more or less different for different countries, so you'd better contact the China Embassy in Madrid for details. Good luck!
