About:Hong Kong Airport Bus

Advice please on cheapest and most convenient way to get to the Cityview Hotel, Waterloo Road Kowloon from the airport. We arrive at 7 am in the morning. I am confused by the information on various websites in respect of the Airport Shuttle Bus versus the Airport Express. Is one better than the other? Where do you get the Airport Express?

You can take bus E23 to METROPLAZA. Transfer bus 42 at KWAI TSING THEATRE and alight at CARITAS LODGE. Then walk to your hotel. It costs HHK$17.5. There is sign in English in the airport can lead you to find the airport express stop.
