I think you should go to Khunjerab Pass first. Need China visa and border pass. Then you are entering Xinjiang. Then take bus to Kashgar, and there is train station there.

ISLAMABAD: Work on Khunjrab Trade Zone in Chinese Tashkarghan city near Pakistan-China border has been initiated.

On the occasion, Chinese city of Tashkarghan was looking festive. Guests from both the countries were looking like the citizens of one country.

The Chinese government has also offered 40 shops and stalls to Pakistani traders free of cost in a bid to enhance bilateral trade between Pakistan and China.

I think you should go for the sponsor for help. They (Travelchinaguide) are involved in tourism in china, not business or some other subjects.

Your idea is great but it is difficult to make it become true. As far as I know, only some special foreigners can bring their personal cars into PRC for personal use. You are not qualified for the special foreigners. By the way, those who bring their cars into PRC should apply for a tempoary license plates and Chinese driving licenses. It's too complicated.
