About:China Train

HI, WE'D WISH TO TRAVEL FROM GUANGZHOU TO QINGDAO ON SEPT 23 AND THERE IS ONLY 1 SCHEDULE (T161/ T160) IS THIS SCHEDULE ON A DAILY BASIS?
IS A T161/T160 SIMILAR TO THE PHOTOS OF T26 FOR THE SOFT SLEEPER? ARE MEALS INCLUDED IN THE FARE? OR SEPARATELY PAID AS ORDERED? CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD?
APPROXIMATELY HOW MANY STOP-OVERS WILL THERE BE? CAN WE ALIGHT THE TRAIN? OR DO WE NEED TO CHANGE TRAIN? CAN WE BOOK AND BUY THE TICKETS THRU EMAIL?
WE ARE TRYING TO WEIGH OUR OPTIONS ON COST AND TIME, BUT THE TRAIN DOES LOOK EXCITING!
GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP. THANK YOU IMELDA

Yes, the train is on a daily basis. Yes, similar to T26. Meals are not include the fare. Of course, you can bring you own food, whatever you want. The train departs from Guangzhou East Railway Station and there are 20 stop-overs on the way to Qingdao. You can alight and not need to change train. You can book the train ticket through email. You can just book Guangzhou trains(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/guangzhou-schedule.htm) in TravelChinaGuide online.
