About:Beijing Travel

Dear Sir. I'm an Irish citizen. I'm currently in Ulannbaatar and will be visiting Seoul for a few days next week. I was hoping when there to get a few days in Beijing. I notice that to apply for a tourist visa for China while in Beijing I need an Alien Registration card. Do you know if I can get one of these at Incheon airport?

kind regards

Seems you can't get one at the airport.
