hi i will be staying in taipei (Rainbow hotel) from 15sept to 19sept, would like to visit hualien on the 2nd day and maybe a hot spring. lavender cottage on the 3rd day, 4th day would be shopping and more shopping!! can you suggest the locations and preferable transport? thanks thanks!
