There is no direct flight from Kuala Lumpur to Nanjing. But you could transfer at Beijing, Shenzhen or Guangzhou and etc. Personally, you can take flight to Shenzhen first and then to Nanjing as there are direct flights available daily except Wednesday on the route Kuala Lumpur-Shenzhen.
