About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

We will be travelling to Shanghai in a couple of days. I am still recovering from an upper respiratory infection. I may still have a cough on arrival. How strick is the health check at the airport?

If just a little cough, I think there won't be big problem. They would just check if you have some infectional disease.
