About:Chinese Embassy in Switzerland

Hello,
I am an Australian citizen living in Switzerland for the past 4 years and so have a Swiss B permit. My husband & I want to travel to China next year. We will be arriving by train (via the Trans Mongolian rail route) and plan on taking trains through China to Vietnam. We will fly home to Australia from Singapore. My question is do we need to have all the Chinese trains booked before we can get our Chinese visa or is our flight from Singapore to Melbourne enough proof that we will be exiting China?

Thanks for your help

You need prepare the tickets that prove you will leave China to another country. In that case the boat ticket to Vietnam are required. Chinese train tickets are not necessary to book beforehand.
