About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

sir i already have single entry with 3 months 3 times now this time i get the sponsor of 30 days from china but i want multiple entry with 12 months.

You can fill the blanks in the application form that you need a melti entry visa, but the final decision will up to the visa officers not as your wish. You may get more chance if you can provide proofs that you need to visit China frequently in this year or just show them you have already visited China twice in previous year and have no bad record.
