About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am a teacher here looking to travel to China. I went to a travel agency today and they told me I didn't need to fill out a Visa application. They just said I need a photo, ARC card and my passport. Is this normal? Or does everyone need to fill out an application. Perhaps they will fill it out on my behalf.

No, sir, the visa application must be filled out by yourself. Children applicants is only an exception. They can not fill it on your behalf. So, take care, do not be cheated. Chinese embassy and consulates in SK only accept applications from appointted travel agencies.
