About:China Tourist Visa

Good day,

I need some advises please.

I am Singaporean and will be going to China soon to stay (probably staying many years) with my girlfriend until we register our marriage in China(She is a Chinese Nationality). I have no job offer there yet.

1. How to apply for long period visa (If haven't register marriage, if no job)?
2. If I started my own company in Singapore, but go to China to stay and operate my business in China), how & where can I apply visa, and for how long would this visa last?
3. If I haven't register marriage in China but got a job offer, how long is my work visa last?
4. Refer question 3, how much do I/company need to pay if the company hiring me is applying my work visa?

Apologies for many questions and please be patience with them, thank you.

Andy

you can apply for tourist visa and get married in China. With the marriage certificate, you can apply for a family visit visa valid for up to 6 months, or a residence permit valid for a year. Anf both the family visit visa and the residence permit can be extended within China.

A work visa is generally valid for a month, you need to apply for a residence permit which validity is closely connected with your employment contract. Single entry visa fee is SGD 25.
