My girlfriend is a Canadian citizen who is currently in Chongqing with a single entry visiting visa. She wants to come see me in Korea on September 21st to 27th and fly back to Beijing to transfer her plane to come back to Seattle, WA, USA where she currently resides. Can she get a visa in that 5 days to get back to Beijing on time to catch the flight back to Seattle?

To make things clear, her itinerary is chongqing --> beijing --> South Korea --> get a new visa to enter china in 5 days --> beijing --> fly back to Seattle same day.
