About:Chinese Consulates in Japan

I'm a US citizen living in Okayama, Japan, who would like to visit Shanghai as a tourist in November 2010. How do I apply for a multiple entry visa to China for my wife and me? I have filled out the forms provided above, and have the photo in the right size. Please advise. Thanks.

You can just fill your request in the application form. And better show the visa officers documents/proofs that you need to visit China frequently this year; or it may helpful if you can provide clues that you have visited China twice in the previous year. But be aware the final decision will be made by visa officers.
