You can take bus E32 at AIRPORT (GTC) BUS TERMINUS and get off at CHEUNG ON BUS TERMINUS. Then take bus 88A at Cheung On Estate Bus Terminus, Outside On Ching House and drop off at Tsing Yi Airport Railway Station Bus Terminus. It totally costs HK$13.5.0
