How can i apply China Visa at Singapore?

I'm Malayasian holding work permit. How can i apply China Visa at singapore?

Ms.Joey, you can apply for visa in Singapore through CVASC, but as you have work permit, you shall also provide documents that you will reside for an extended period of time in Singapore, such as a PR, WP, EP, STP, DP. Other requirements are listed clealy above.
