About:Guangzhou Bus and Metro

Hello,

Could you please help me with the following? I will be arriving Sept. 6, 2010 at the Guangzhou East Train Station (coming from Hong Kong) and need to get from the train station to the airport. What is the most convenient method? And would that be the quickest? I would need to get to the airport within an hour.

Take taxi to Tianhe Guangyun Lou(天河广运楼) and take airport shuttle bus line 2 to airport. But it takes around 70 minutes to reach the airport. To be faster, you can take taxi to Guangzhou Railway Station and take Airport Express Bus Line 1 to airport, it takes shorther time.
