May I know if it would be a problem if my passport expired date is on 13 March 2011 while I will be going for 8 days tour to Beijing from 11 Sept 2010 until 18 Sept 2010 departs from Singapore Changi Airport? I know there is a China immigration rules for passport validity of 6 months but is it 6 months from the day we enter China or is it 6 months from the day we depart from Beijing? Thanks

If you need to apply a visa now, you may can not get a visa during the 6 months before your passport expired date. You may need to update your passport. If you have already got visa, there is no problem for you to China.
