I want to backpack and do wilderness camping in the Meili mountain area around either October 25-31 or Nov. 8-18.We want to know what kind of high and low temperatures there are in the wilderness area.Also, any information on trails.We hope to avoid tourist places, villages and people. We just want beautiful wilderness.Thanks,Mr. H

Do not come in Novermber. If it snows at that time, the mountain may be closed. It becomes very cold in late October in the mountains. The temperature is about 5-10 degrees, the cooler the higher. Meili is close this year for road renovation since April. No idea when it is open up again. Approximately over half a year. So, I am not sure if you can go there at that time.
