About:Hong Kong Bus

Hi

I'm really confused and need someone to help me. This is regarding route from Ocean Park to Peak.

I read all the Q&A here, found different suggestions and i don't know which one is better. Appreciate someone here can give me a direction.

1) Mr Victor replied on Aug 28, 2010:
you need to take Bus 629 to Admiralty and then take Bus 15 to the Peak

2) Mr Shan replied on May 19, 2009:
as for visiting the peak, firstly you have to return to admiiralty by 629. then you could walk to the lower peak tram terminus in 20 mins or take bus 12A there. The 2nd method, take the metro to the next station-central out of the exit K and then transfer to the bus 15C which could take you to the tram terminus at Garden Road directly. Pls note, at every Sunday and National holidays, the bus 315 shuttles between the Ocean park and the Peak.

3) Mr Jason replied on April 11, 2009:
Take bus 6 A or 6X and get off at Queens Road East and change bus 15 on the other side of the road head for peak

My questions:

1) Should i take bus 15 in Admiralty or bus 12A to get to Peak?

2) Is it necessary to take MTR to central station to get the bus 15C if I can take bus from Admiralty station (bus 15 or 12A???)?

3) I'll be visiting Ocean Park on Sunday, is it true that there is a bus 315 shuttles between the Ocean Park and the Peak as replied by Mr Shan? if yes, what is the fare for adult and kid?

4) How much is the fare for Bus 15 from Admiralty to Peak?

I'm planning to purchase the Ocean Park Express from Citybus when I arrive Hong Kong Airport on 4 Sept 2010. So i really need someone to help me to clear this confusion.

Thank you so much.

1, Both of them are Ok.

2. Either subway or bus are Ok. You can choose one.

3. Oh, it seems that 315 can not available between the Peak and the Ocean Park. You can take CTB 6A at Ocean Park Carpark, Wong Chuk Hang Roadnd. Then transfer GMB 1 at Man Cheung Street, lay-by outisde Two International Finance Centre Shopping Mall to the Peak. It totally costs HK$13.

4. It costs HK$9.8.
