hi there,which month is the ideal to climb mt' taishan?

Hi there,which month is the ideal to climb Mt' Taishan? there is some info i need to know as follow:a) Where can i take train from SHANGHAI to Tai'an? number of train? how much? how far    the distance? which is better? train or Bus? b) what is the ideal time to walk up to Taishan? from RED GATE? i am not sure which    route of GATE is the better ideal, we don't mind walk up rather then cable car. April or May, September is good too.Shanghai Railway Station is better. There are Bullet trains. Train is better then bus. It takes 7 hours by bullet trains (D trains), more than 11 hours by other trains. The ticket fare is 277RMB for buller train. Take a taxi about 10RMB to the red Gate then climb about 1500 meters to find the ticket office.
