Forgot to mention, if I choose to transit in Guangzhou, I will arrive at 6AM Sunday. If I pick Hong Kong, I will arrive 2PM on Sunday.

What is business hours for tourist attraction and electronic shops in Guangzhou or Hong Kong on Sunday? Do they close early? Some stores here in US close earlier (at 6pm or 7pm) on Sundays.
