About:Shanghai Travel

I am a transit passenger from singapore to new york arriving 5.50am. and departing 12.00 noon on 23rd sept. From New york arrving 19.30pm. Departing 23.55pm. to singapore on 13th october 2010.Do I need to apply China Visa and what about airport tax?Thank You.

For Singapore passport holders, you do not need a visa within 14 days and neen't to pay the airport tax.
