About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

My husband had some minor criminal convictions 12 years ago which are now removed from his record. Is it safe for him now to say NO to criminal convictions on his tourist visa application form. We plan to stay with relatives in Bejing and don't want any trouble.

Ms.ROSIET, it is okay for your husband to mark No in the application form since it was already moved away from his record. Don't worry, you won't get in trouble about this.

Can I ask if your husband had any trouble by doing this?
