Hello, My girlfreind and I have overstayed our tourist visa both have expired and over the 90 days by about 6 days as we are waiting for our jobs to prosses a work visa for us, however today they have told us that they are many months away. we have a sighned contract, witch does state that we will have a work visa. We know we have to get a new visa, is it possible to get a new visa or a visa extention, from here or changzhou, or should I be on the next flight to hongkong, will he contract help not pay the fine? and SHould we go to an imigration office frist?
