Im going on a trip to Hong Kong next October, but my flight will make a stop for 5 hours in Beijing.

Do I need I chinnesse Visa in order for me to take that flight ?
Or is there an excemption because my destination is HKG in which I dont need a visa for entry?

- Do you give Chinnesse visas in the LA Consulate ?
