I have just lost my job.My boss got my visa canceled silpy because i complain about poor living conditions.I have been given ten days to leave China.Do you think i can get my visa extended if i find another job? or must i leave China then get a visa from one of the neigbouring countries?will it be easier to get one since my passport has this remark?you know it is generally believed that if the Chinese immigration give you ten days, their fellow counterparts consider it a stain and demand you leave.

Mr.Green, now, you have to exit China and apply for a new China visa from your home country, if you don't have the residence permit in one of the neighbouring countries, you can't get a China visa in that country.

If you have all requirements for China visa application, it doesn't matter, you can still obtain a visa to China again.
