How come the train ticket soft sleeper in your website?

IS CHEAPER THAN IN CHINATRAINTICKETS NET? IS THIS THE SAME TRAIN SYSTEM?
Shanghai to Xian $76 USD, where as the other one is $153 USD

I always travel between Shanghai and Xian. The real ticket price for one soft sleeper from Shanghai to Xian is around CNY511 ($766), which is same as the one listed on travelchinaguide.com. Maybe the price on other net is the one added some service charges.
