Fortunately, most of the employees at the ticket counters have pretty good english skills and can answer your questions. Equally fortunately, most of the signs in/around the airport are posted in both English and Chinese. I was nervous my first time headed to the airport alone, but everything went smoothly. The airport express bus was really cool, too. I don't know how much it is from any other locations, but when I took it (only once) from Wang Jing (望京), it was only like 16 RMB, collected not as you board the bus, but half-way to the airport (collected by someone who can give change, too!). T2 is the second stop, but they will probably call it T Er (they announce the terminals prior to actually stopping). There's also a little place to store your luggage in the front of the bus. And from what I hear, the bus almost never runs late :) That's about all I have for you. Now wish me luck finding out WHICH terminal my flight for tomorrow is.. now if only Hainan Airlines would answer the phone..
Best,
Mr.
